WDDesign Return Policy

1. General Conditions

At WDDesign, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have the option to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable legislation.

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as it was delivered, without signs of wear, damage, or modifications.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.).
  • It must not be a customized product made at the customer’s request.

3. Return Procedure

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at office.rariwood@gmail.com to inform us of your return request and receive detailed instructions.
  2. Properly pack the product to prevent damage during transport.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team.

4. Return Costs

The return shipping costs are fully covered by the customer. WDDesign does not cover transportation costs for returns. We recommend using a courier service that provides package tracking.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-14 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • The bank account for the refund must be registered in the name of the person who made the purchase, not another individual.
  • The bank account must be in RON
  • Delays in providing bank account details may result in a delay in the refund process.
  • For online card payments, refunds will be issued to the same card used for the initial transaction.
  • The seller may delay the refund until the returned goods are received.
